Meet Natalie Glavær

LIBERATION COACH & CERTIFIED REBIRTHING BREATHWORK GUIDE

Natalie guides people on their journey to inner freedom, helping them transform fear into love and live with more ease and self-belief. Her approach is centered on deep, lasting transformation from within. As a certified Rebirthing Breathwork coach with six years of experience in healthcare, she tailors her sessions to each individual's needs, combining breathwork with insights from her current studies in tantric sexology. Her expertise also includes shadow work, emotional intelligence, relational work, and inner child healing. She is passionate about empowering individuals to live authentically, free from the fears and conditioning that hold them back.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Rebirthing is a soft and powerful way to breathe.

    While practicing the breath, you will breathe continuously without a pause after inhaling and exhaling. The focus is on an active inhalation, and a passive exhalation.

    By introducing more oxygen into your body, this breath will allow you to quiet your ego, and access your subconscious mind.

  • By practicing breathwork, we equip ourselves to handle life’s intensities in a better way. It is a beautiful method to establish deeper connection with yourself and your inner wisdom. By practicing breathwork, you can regulate your nervous system, relieve stress, and process and release past pain and emotions.

  • What to Expect:

    • 9:00am - 9:30am EST

      • Welcome & Introductions

      • Setting up your space

      • Introduction to the rebirthing breathing technique

      • Answer questions

      • Set an intention

    • 9:30am - 10:30am EST

      • Active breathwork: Natalie will be guiding you to relax and remain connected to your breath during this time

    • 10:30am - 11:00am EST

      • Connect and share our experiences in a safe and supportive container!

    • Try not to eat 1-2 hours before the session; eat a light meal if necessary

    • Wear comfortable clothing or lounge attire

    • Make a comfortable ‘nest’ where you can lay down. If may be helpful to have a pillow under your legs!

    • Have kleenex, a water bottle, a journal & pen and an eyemask (optional) nearby

    • Let others know that you wish to be uninterrupted during this time

    • Have your computer & zoom link ready and available

    • Use headphones if there’s noise around you or you wish for a better sound experience!

  • Everyone experiences breathwork differently.

    Common physical sensations: tingling, tension or tightness in different areas of your body. You might also experience temperature fluctuation or feel light headed.

    Emotionally: You may experience an emotional release with a wide range of emotions including: anger, sadness, love, joy, fear etc. As the breathing helps you to access the subconscious mind, emotions are able to surface and release with more freedom.

    Mentally: It is common to have mental chatter surface during breathwork that will try to keep you safe from what you are feeling or experiencing. This is normal!

    Remember, it is safe to feel all parts of yourself - even those that might feel uncomfortable! You are in the driver’s seat - if a feeling, thought or experience becomes too intense, simply slow down your breathing and return to your regular breath.

  • Absolutely! Many of the mothers who plan to join have never tried breathwork before. Natalie, our certified Rebirthing Breathwork facilitator, will be there to guide you through the entire experience and will answer any questions that you may have before we begin.

    Any mother is welcomed into the Wand(HER)wild community no matter your profession, marital status, or season of motherhood. Most mothers attracted to our community are interested in a holistic and intentional approach to living with a curiosity about the intuitive and unseen world around us.

  • Certain medications and health conditions call for extra care. If you’re on medications like psychiatric drugs, blood pressure medications, mood stabilizers, or blood thinners, be mindful that these can influence your body’s response to breathwork.

    If you have any of the following conditions, it is best to approach breathwork with caution:

    • cardiovascular issues (like high blood pressure or heart disease)

    • Respiratory conditions (such as asthma or COPD)

    • Seizure disorders (such as epilepsy)

    • Eye conditions (such as glaucoma)

    • Psychiatric disorders

    • Recent surgeries or injuries, especially in the chest or abdomen

    • Pregnancy

  • Once you sign up, you'll receive communication through email for reminders on the class date / add to calendar, what to bring & a special invitation.

  • If you can’t make it live to this breathwork class - no worries! We plan to record the introduction as well as the active, guided breathwork so that you can move through this class whenever it serves you.

    Note: The community sharing following the active breathwork will not be recorded in order to keep a sacred space for those mothers who show up live.

  • Our Members Space is currently closed to new members, HOWEVER, there will be a special invitation to join for a limited amount of mothers over a 72 hour period.

  • By attending the Rise & Release Breathwork class, you’ll receive a personal invitation to join (even though the space is currently closed publicly). We welcome you to feel intuitively if the timing is right, keeping in mind that the members space is not always open so make sure you're on our email list and don't miss an important enrollment date if you decide to join at a later time.

  • YES! We offer a 20 minute 1:1 connection call with either Monica or Carolyn when you join the Members Only Space. You'll also receive a 45 minute 1:1 HELD session with Carolyn when you register for the 6 month community pass. You can learn more and schedule a time from within the Members Only Space. In addition to this, we offer Human Design readings that can be scheduled with Carolyn where you receive a 15% discount on readings as a member!

Meet Monica

With a background in the corporate world of petroleum engineering; fast paced, high stress, masculine authority was how she thrived for a decade.

Stepping into motherhood was the most life changing transition Monica had ever experienced, and it was the first time in her life she had felt like a complete failure. After spending months of her maternity leave in nature, creating mental space, and presence, she connected with her truest self and the woman she is meant to be. She is now on a journey of deconditioning from what she was told success should look like, both personally and professionally, to a shift in following her own inner voice and a more pronounced understanding of intuitive guidance.

Meet Carolyn

Coming from a background as a pediatric nurse, Carolyn thought that she had a head start on motherhood, but she was wrong.

She struggled significantly with postpartum anxiety, with most of her anxiety rooting from the pressure to be the ‘perfect’ mother; to live up to unrealistic expectations from society, and make decisions because others told her she ‘should’. Through this experience, she landed on a path of self healing and self discovery. By becoming wildly aware, and learning to trust her inner guidance, she is building a life and motherhood that is fuelled by intentionality and purpose. She believes in the power of mind-body-soul practices and consciously creating a motherhood that feels good.
